Founded in Leicestershire in 2020 by Nick Megson, Abacus specialises in resin flooring systems for commercial and industrial spaces.
Since then, our small company has grown from strength to strength to where we are now.
With over three decades of expertise in the industrial resin flooring installation industry, we’ve left our mark across diverse commercial and industrial settings.

.Amanda is the company secretary at Abacus Flooring Solutions and plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work Amanda enjoys traveling to new places, walking her dog Winnie, and spending quality time with her family.
Kellie is valued part of the team, keeping the office and accounts running smoothly every day. Outside of work she enjoys shopping , going to the gym, spending time with her dog Jack and listening to country music.
Piper is an important part of the team, helping to keep both sales and office operations running smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys walking her cocker spaniel Ozzy, going on holiday and travelling to different places and experiencing new adventures.
Aggie is our Operations Coordinator, managing the day-to-day flow of projects and ensuring they are delivered efficiently from start to finish. She works closely with clients, suppliers, and our team of floor layers to keep installations on schedule and ensure every project is completed to the highest standard.
Kavan is a Resin Floor Layer at Abacus Flooring Solutions. Outside of work, Kavan enjoys going to the gym, riding his motorbike and taking on DIY projects at home. He also enjoys making the most of sunny days, good food and relaxing in a great beer garden.
Jake is a Resin Floor Layer at Abacus Flooring Solutions. Jake is hard working, laid back and always likes to keep busy. Outside of work, he enjoys DIY projects around the house, long walks with his dog Winston and spending time with friends making memories and having a laugh.
Connor has been with Abacus Flooring Solutions since spring 2023, previously working as a plumber before joining the flooring industry, outside of work, Connor enjoys spending time with his son and walking his dog, Scout.
Adam is a hard-working member of Abacus Flooring Solutions, outside of work he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
I have worked in the Industrial Resin Flooring Industry for more than 34 years. Starting my own business has allowed me to grow the business using my simple approach of listening to my customer’s requirements and delivering.
I researched and designed a world-first seamless resin flooring system that is made using 100% recycled white plastic.
I proudly sit as a Director on the Board of FeRFA, The industry governing body. I have an incredible passion for the sustainability and of ‘Zero to Landfill’, giving presentations to our members and The Federation of the Resin Flooring Association.
As a strong Ambassador for The Sustainability & Recycling within our industry, I am extremely passionate about what we do in our industry and what we can do in the future.
I am proud of our manufacturing industries and take great pleasure in visiting these facilities on a daily basis.
